Stephen King mentions The Muse in his book, ON WRITING. Says it’s a lot easier for your Muse to find you if she knows where to look, and when. Sit your ass in the chair and write long enough, and she’ll wander by.

You deserve to give yourself credit…not to the point of losing all humility, but you wrote a story that “fuckin’ rocks” and you should be pleased.

And I’m really not surprised you’re using the words ejaculate and storygasm to make a point.

Here, here, sir. A lot of up and coming writers, my self included, need to know that they aren’t going to be writing the goods all the time. We need to learn that for better or for worse, our writing is our own. Thanks for this…it’s something I needed to hear!
