Hot damn, this was awesome, mate. I had downloaded a bunch of your stories when I first read Old School, but I hadn’t got around to listening to them yet – mainly because when I play something I use it as background noise and tune it out. But I’ll be listening to to them now!
From the get go I could tell things were going to crash and burn, and just like the other commenter said, it’s like a car wreck in that you just can’t turn away. To my mind, your voice is perfect for this style of story, it reminds me of voiceovers for Noirish detective movies where trouble in a short skirt walkins into a detectives office just as he’s polishing off the last of his scotch.
I really enjoyed this mate, thanks for sticking it up for us to enjoy while you’re finding a market for it.
